Cost includes 6 meals, tea/coffee and materials. You will need camping equipment, a torch, a sheath knife, weather appropriate clothing, your own water bottle, snacks, and two pairs of shoes: stout and light. This is a alcohol and mobile phone free weekend. Cost Cost: £180 limited concessions at £120 Course summary Ideal for beginners, and all those who wish to deepen their relationship with nature. Using indigenous ways of being, over the weekend we will immerse ourselves in the woodland around us, through demonstration, discussion and practice of: ~ techniques to broaden the senses ~ ways of moving to blend with natural surroundings, enabling closer encounters with wild animals ~ understanding bird language, including tracks, signs and behaviours ~ basic tracking skills Over the weekend we will be practising fire by friction and making a bowdrill kit that you can take home with you.
