ABOUT THE COURSE
Learn how to start your own medicine chest from foraged finds with our new course run by our much-admired local herbalist, Sarah Hillyer. This course is hands-on and practical, and will teach you how to make your own simple tincture to take home with you. After an informative, guided walk around the grounds of the beautiful Sustainability Centre in the heart of the South Downs National Park, you will retire to our stunning Woodland Classroom where you will experience drying your finds effectively and making a simple herbal medicine of your own.

Book all three courses to gain more in depth knowledge of herbal medicine.

29 April 2020 - Boost Energy & Kickstart Immunity:Learn how to start your own medicine chest from foraged finds. The leaves and early flowers foraged on this spring course, will provide an immunity and energy boost for the months ahead. 10:00 - 12:00

3 June 2020 - Help Heart, Blood & Nerves:Learn how to start your own medicine chest from foraged finds. The summer flowers foraged on this course, will strengthen bodily systems such as your heart, blood and nervous system. 18:00 - 20:00

1 July 2020 - Bolster your body:Learn how to start your own medicine chest from foraged finds. The leaves and flowers you find on this summer course will help to strengthen bodily systems such as your gut, heart and lymphatic system.​ 18:00 - 20:00
