Making Soft Cheese on a small scale

In the Bridge Farm dairy students will make our popular soft goats cheese and take some home. We will discuss the small scale making of other cheese and dairy products and recycling of waste. Wear clean clothes or bring an overall and clean shoes for the dairy. Bring a lidded container to take your cheese home.
