Course summary

This workshop is for experienced and new fermenters and looks at the process of making scoby (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast), fermented honey tea (Jun) and also covers the use of local and exotic fermentable fruits, spices, and herbs, foraging and tasting produce.
