Introduction to Permaculture at Braziers Park

Introduction to Permaculture
Summary information

A wonderfully inspiring weekend learning Permaculture basics – ethics, principles and design tools to re-imagine your life, your garden, farm, community or any project for sustainability, regeneration and abundance – its not just gardening!

You will leave with the tools to get started, your first design, new friends and hopefully motivation to continue along a permaculture path. This course is quite intensive but fun, thought-provoking and potentially life changing too! The programme includes group work, films and slideshow, classroom sessions and outdoor sessions with contributions from members of the residential community. If you have a project in mind already you can bring details, or we’ll help you identify a first design.

Venue information

Braziers Park is a community, a residential college and an architectural treasure hidden deep in the south Oxfordshire countryside in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It was founded in 1950 as an educational trust, and is a continuing experiment in the advantages and problems of living in a group. 55 acres of land, organic kitchen garden, meadows, woodland and many permaculture features.
