Saturday 26th Sept 10 am-6 pm, Sunday 10 am-4 pm. We are very limited in numbers and have to keep the maximum group to 10 which means we have only 6 paying places available as we have already given two places away and we have 2 facilitators.
If the course is not able to run because of another lockdown, then an online course will be available 24th/25th October in its place. There would be a site visit included at a later date.

Course summary

This is an ideal introduction to Permaculture. Learn how to apply Permaculture Principles and Ethics. See how they can be applied to your life, land, and work. It will include practical, hands-on sessions, foraging, and many other fun activities that all explore this inspirational and empowering design system. Peoplecare, Earthcare, and Future Care. This is not just about gardening.

You can expect: Experienced Passionate Tutors, like-minded people, experience sustainable food production, people care, and beautiful nature. The Windmill Community Garden was awarded Kent Community Garden of the Year 2018. It was recognised a Permaculture Land demonstration Site in 2013. And has been awarded gold numerous times for Kent Wildlife Trust's, Wild about Gardens.

Covid 19 precautions are being taken. There will be a small number of participants. If we have to close the garden for any reason, there will be an online option a month later with a site visit organised when we can do it.
