Course summary

When the trees are bare it can be difficult to identify them, so why not join us on our Identifying Trees in Winter workshop, where we will be looking at buds, bark, tree shape and more!

There are an amazing variety of trees here at Denmark Farm, making it a perfect site for identifying a wide range of tree species in winter.

Join our Nature Reserve Manager Ryan, as we explore the woodlands & hedgerows at Denmark Farm.

The course is suitable for anyone aged 16 or over.

We will also be running an Identifying Trees in Summer workshop and an Identifying Trees in Autumn workshop.

Please bring a packed lunch. Tea & coffee will be provided. Please also bring suitable clothing and footwear for the outdoors as we’ll be wondering around the nature reserve.
