Course summary

September is a month of abundance both in the forest garden, our vegetable gardens and in the surrounding woodland and hedgerows.

Every year the College finds new and inspiring ways to work with the wide variety of seasonal produce grown locally and in the College gardens.

Learn from self-sufficiency guru Dave Hamilton about the many varieties of food present in less traditional places.

Join award winning cookery author Julia Ponsonby, along with chef Wayne Schroeder, and learn how to harvest and transform Nature's abundance into delicious and inspirational meals.

Revitalise your cooking by learning new recipes, new techniques and celebrate Nature’s bounty with fellow food lovers in the beautiful surroundings of Schumacher College’s 15th Century building.
