An exploration of how to grow food from a window sill, no dig annual vegetables, forest gardening and farm scale. Includes cutting edge techniques. Organic, Veganic and resilient. Jo spent some time exploring different food growing techniques last year and include soil, plants and systems.

A one day stand alone course. Can be one as part of the food forest series or introduction to Permaculture weekend.

The Abbey Physic Garden is an amazing place to demonstrate different techniques. This will be an informative, explorative day with a practical hands on session too.. Includes a forage and lunch.
