Course summary

A rare opportunity to not only learn about the theory behind forest gardening, but also to participate in the planting of one at a flagship established LAND network permaculture site. Please note: This is a course unlikely to be repeated at this venue as the planting is a one-off activity.

This practical hands-on course will inform & inspire participants to plan, establish and maintain a forest garden.

The five day course will cover:

A day of forest garden theory (& site visit to Martin Crawford's superb forest garden).

A day of designing the forest garden layout, using permaculture principles.

Half a day of tree planting & after care tuition.

A day of planting out the trees & shrubs.

Additional sessions on pruning trees & shrubs, plus propagation techniques.

And much, much more!
