Emergence : Self Care, Earth Care

Zone 0.0 is a term used in the Permie world for looking after your own inner emotional needs, based on the idea a stressed, unhappy person cannot create the optimum functioning eco-system around them. Emergence workshops fully immerse you in a permaculture inspired garden and offer a guided chance to really listen and explore nature and wildlife, including our own bodies ( since we are nature!). Feeling our emotional responses to plants and wildlife, exploring the wisdom displayed in intricate eco-systems, noticing what happens when you can stop thinking and doing and just start 'being': all creates the most uplifting self care and nourishment, increasing our capacity for greater earth care and people care.This workshop is for those interested in nature connection and those searching for emotional and mental peace in order to function more calmly.
