Course summary

Growing perennial vegetables require a lot less work than annuals, and they are an important part of any sustainable garden design as the improve soil quality and structure. They also come in an impressive variety of flavours. The only downside is that are not common ingredients in cooking.

In this workshop you will learn what vegetables to substitute various perennial vegetables for as well as learn how to incorporate these ingredients into your everyday cooking. It will also include a cooking demonstration.
