Learn to build a cob pizza oven dome. This is the second of a two part course. (The first part, building the stone plinth, is May 7, though both courses are stand alone). We will be learning how to mix cob from scratch, build and shape a dome and insulate our oven effectively.
Free tea, coffee and homemade organic cake.
Pizzas on the saturday night in our existing oven.
Camping available upon request.
