Tinos Ecolodge will host its seventh PDC this Autumn, welcoming back Peter Cow from England and Elena Symeonidou from Paros, Greece, along with local guest teachers, covering both Northern and Southern European ecosystems and climatic conditions, with an emphasis on social permaculture as well as land and building design, with lots of hands on and practicals during the course. We will go deep into the patterns of Permaculture design, and how they can be applied to so many situations and applications all around the world, with the key focus on helping you to think like a 'ecosystem' designer wherever you are, whatever you are doing. Nikos from Tinos Ecolodge will also share his hands-on experience of building the ecolodge and designing the energy, water, plant and waste systems, and their successful Community Supported Agriculture market garden. We will have the rare opportunity to discuss and elaborate on Nikos’ and Marilia’s choices on different aspects of their project, and reflect on the challenges, opportunities and limitations. This PDC is fully certified by the Permaculture Association (Britain). The course will be taught in English. You can read more about the course content here - http://www.tinosecolodge.gr/course-outline/ Early Bird rates (available until 31st July) - €570 for tents and €780 for houses.
