Course summary

This will be a No Guilt, No Judgement look at what ordinary folk can practically do to lower their food-related carbon footprint.
Presented in a supportive atmosphere, we will be exploring what makes food choices difficult and how we can inspire each other to adopt diets that feed mind, body and soul and also take care of the planet.
This will be an interactive session led by Samantha Woods and Dani Pattuzzi; two long-standing members of Transition Leicester.
We will be exploring food through the lens of carbon counting but also looking at some of the wider social and ethical implications of different food choices.
At the end of this workshop, you will be inspired to take one or more practical steps to reduce the climate impacts of your diet.
