Course website https://www.denmarkfarm.org.u… Dates and times 7 Apr 18 More info Course commences at 10.00 am and finishes at 4.00 pm Cost £45 Adult, £30 Child under 16 Course summary The day will start with a demonstration of fireplaces and fire-hearths, firewood preparation and charcoal and fire-lighting. We will then discuss campfire cooking techniques: Batterie de cuisine, grills/grids/griddles, skillets, billies, kettles (to include volcano/kelly kettles). Cooking methods we will cover will be: grilling, ember cooking, stick cooking and dutch oven cooking. Then, together we will prepare the dishes we will be cooking on the campfire throughout the day.
