Course summary

Autumn is the time for top fruit - plums, pears, apples for example - as well as squashes. This workshop will include a variety of sweet, savoury and drinks recipes that will preserve the flavour of autumn. We will make some unusual preserves as well as traditional ones and will experiment with different sugars and vinegars to see the effect they have on taste. All preserves made on the day will be shared amongst participants
