An intensive and practical workshop covering soil formation and profiles, detailed soil analysis (structure; p.H.; Nitrogen; Potassium and Calcium contents etc..) as well as the microscopic examination of soil life.

In this short course you will learn how to analyze soils, to appreciate the vital importance of preserving and encouraging soil microflora and fauna and how to best deal with brittle and degraded landscapes.

The program will finish by focusing on the role of holistic pasture management in broad scale soil regeneration.
