Course summary

Join our Permaculture Internship and experience everything that happens on a permaculture farm.
You will work on a different aspect on the farm each day to contribute to the farm and gain a wide range of experience.
Live off-grid with like-minded people, eat healthy food, immerse yourself in nature and enjoy optional yoga and meditation classes.

What do we focus on during the internship?
There are opportunities for interns to work on one area if they desire. Otherwise, we will usually all work together and work on a different aspect each day.

15% Growing Vegetables: Sunken Beds, Huglekulture, raised, wood chip beds
15% Forest Management: Food Forests, Silvopasture, Reforestation, Forest Management
15% Natural Building & Permaculture Systems
15% Farm Tasks: Managing the nursery, chickens, pigs, sheep, greenhouse, building compost, worm farms, weeding.
15% Community living – Cooking, cleaning, socialising
30% free time (weekends & evenings)

Summer 2021 Permaculture internship
3 August 2021 – Join for the full 4 weeks internship or less
16th August – Join for the last two weeks or less

Autumn 2021 Permaculture 6 weeks internship – Food production & agroforestry focus and olive harvest:
2 November 2021 -Join for the week internship or less
16 November 2021 – join for the last 4 week of the internship or less
30 November 2021 – join for the last 2 week of the internship or less

Winter 2022 6 week internship – Food production focus
1 Feb 2022 – Join for the full 6-week internship or less
15 Feb 22 – Join for the last 4 weeks of the internship or less
1 March 2022 – join for the last 2 weeks of the internship or less
