UK Permaculture Convergence and AGM 2014
What? A packed programme of learning, networking, celebration and lots more!
When? Friday 12 September 2pm - Sunday 14 September 3pm.
Where? North East outskirts of London: Gilwell Park Scout Activity Centre, London E4 7QW.
Friday night performance from Three Acres and a Cow, A History of Land Rights and Protest in Folk Song and Story. Robin will lead into a Ceildh after dinner in the marquee.
Saturday evening brings the Permaculture Cabaret - over to you talented lot!
Of course the whole weekend is hugely entertaining by nature. There will be fire pits for you to gather with friends old and new, to tell stories, sing songs, and be merry.
There will be fantastic local food grown just a mile away by OrganicLea, and cooked by the wonderful Norman Loves Soup.
Do you have products you would like to sell at convergence? There will be a marketplace where you will be able to have a stall to sell your wares. The marketplace will be located in the main reception and bookshop area, so there will be a constant stream of people. The area will be staffed while the room is open.
This is a great opportunity to offer your wares to convergence attendees, you could help offset the cost of your ticket, all we ask is for a donation of around 5% for our permaculture projects. To discuss this and book your stall please contact Helen firstname.lastname@example.org
Who else? You! One of the strengths of the convergence is the diversity of the programme offered by you, the network.
