This property is to house employees for the farm and restaurant of the other properties. There will be a large garden and food forest onsite to also help supply the restaurant. Client Goals To obtain a yield of food for staff, guests, the riverside restaurant (Chiang Rai 3-800 meters away), and the owner, as well as to create a healing, peaceful people care space. There will be various fair share growing systems to observe while walking through meandering paths creating an edge. The owner chose permaculture designers to help with this goal because he wanted to care for the earth and live a more resilient life. This property will be the headquarters for the other properties in and near the city of Chiang Rai. Elements here will include: A main house, pool and gym for the owner Staff housing Food forests to provide a yield of food for staff, the owner, visitors, and the nearby riverside restaurant Packaging facilities Offices Healthful elements such as: Staff pool Walking path Stations near the pond and in the food forests that can be used for work cubicles, meditation or yoga spaces.
