DIPLOMA GATHERING, 24-26 NOVEMBER, CONWY YOUTH HOSTEL
Winter is the perfect time to re-connect with your Diploma and get cracking on those designs. To kickstart your enthusiasm, get yourself to the Diploma Gathering at the end of November. As usual, it will be a jam-packed weekend of workshops and accreditations. There will be opportunities to have tutorials, share your work, catch up with friends and make some new ones.
The £99 ticket price includes two nights' small dormitory/shared room accommodation and six delicious meals, starting with dinner on Friday evening.
ACCOMMODATION
Just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Conwy and the train station**, this modern and extensively refurbished Youth Hostel is on a hill just outside the historic walls and enjoys panoramic views of Conwy’s medieval castle and the mountains beyond. Beds are in small dormitories or in shared rooms, the majority of which are ensuite. All bedding is provided. Free parking is available on site in two large car parks and there is free wifi in the communal areas. The hostel is fully accessible with a step-free entrance and a lift to all floors.
Please note that because we have to cover the cost of exclusive hire of this venue, we are currently unable to sell day tickets or reduced price tickets for those wishing to stay elsewhere.
Conwy is not short of B&Bs, hotels etc if you'd prefer not to stay onsite. Some options:

MEALS
Meg and her team at Yummmy Catering will be providing us with six hearty meals using local, seasonal and organic (where possible) produce. All food will be vegetarian and there will be vegan and gluten free options. If you have any other dietary requirements and/or allergies, please contact Cath after booking.
PROGRAMME
We need you! It's your event - please consider offering a workshop. As well as the workshops there will be space at the edges for discussions with fellow apprentices and you can book a tutorial with one of the tutors in attendance.

PAYMENT
IN FULL: Payment can be made by credit/debit card or PayPal.
BY INSTALMENTS: Secure your place today for just £33, followed by two further monthly direct debit payments of £33.
