This year’s theme, "Connecting Urban and Rural Communities for a Resilient Future", promises insightful discussions and practical solutions for sustainability. What to expect: Learning opportunities: With PDC courses running from November 6th to 27th, attendees will have ample opportunities to expand their knowledge and skills. Following the conference, PDC graduates can join a learning experience at Taromak Village in Taitung County, Taiwan, from December 4th to 8th. Volunteers are required to work a four-hour daily shift between Dec 4 and Dec 8, 2024. Early arrival is encouraged to assist pre-convergence preparation, with food and accommodation provided. Arrival no later than 3:00 pm on Dec. 2 is necessary for orientation; late arrivals risk cancellation and a NTD4500 fee. Apply by June 15, 2024, for volunteer positions.
