About the project

Set up with the People’s Millions Big Lottery by the ‘Town and Bridge Project’ in 2007/8 in Maidenhall allotments in Ipswich Suffolk. Three staff run this community garden with the broad aims to engage local people in food growing, education/ inspiration and healthier lifestyles. We have grown into the community but still have lots to do and always need more volunteers.
