Monkton Wyld Court is a community that is striving towards becoming a centre for sustainability; they grow vegetables, have a forest garden and run courses. Monkton Wyld is situated in 11 acres of land, some of it is grazed and some of it is planted coppice . There is reed bed sewerage system on site and a walled garden where permaculture principles are used in conjunction with biodynamic gardening. Monkton Wyld is an educational charity and aims to promote and advance co-education.
