Southwark Council is seeking to invite best value tenders for the lease of approximately 3,300sqm of land adjoining Southwark park, London SE16 2UA, known locally as the Old Nursery/Fish Farm.

Suitably qualified and experienced organisations who wish to be considered for inclusion on the tender list are invited to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire.
