"We have 22000 square meter and we are trying to buy a neighbour plot as well. So far, for the 22000 square meter we are allowed to build about 1000 square meter. Our dream is to make 1 seminar house of about 110 qm and another 7 houses of 110 qm.

We need a professional permaculture designer, as soon as possible, who can help us make a plan of where we will place the houses and roads, so we can give this plan to the municipality before they change their mind again, which can happen very quickly in this country.

We would like to build all buildings out strawbale, solar energy, compost toilets, rainwater collection, greywater collection, roads need to be made, shared fruit orchied, communale veggie gardens as well own garden plots next to each house, etc... (...)

We also want to turn it into a educational program for a limited amount of people in Turkey, that will also help to cover costs of a professional.

Our friend Filiz Telek http://www.permacultureglobal.com/users/529-filiz-telek, would help us organise it into a workshop.

We already have one building build out of stone and earth, build by Victor Ananias & Feride Gursay 15 years ago, which until 4 years ago we used to use as a seminar house for different activities such as meditation, yoga, sufi works, raw food, etc... it was called kun karakaya camp.

We would pay flight costs and salary. We would prefer someone who can commit to supports through all the process of planing, developing and creating ;-) Thank you for all your help."
