2.5 days (18.75 hours) per week, £24,646 - £27,849 pro rata

The Federation of City Farms and Community Gardens is looking to appoint a South West Development Co-ordinator to work from our newly established office in Mutley Plain, Plymouth.

You will join FCFCG’s team of six Development Co-ordinators, providing representation, advice and support to city farms and community gardens across the country.

You will be responsible for line managing the South West Development Worker and will oversee the work of a number of fieldworkers, who provide local advice and support to groups on a freelance basis (normally for a few days per year).

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who is committed to supporting community farms and gardens to fulfil their potential.
