International Convergences
International Permaculture Convergences aim to be held every 2 years and provide and opportunity for practitioners and projects from around the world to meet, share ideas and develop links.
Convergences of practitioners from continents and regions are also held frequently, the European convergence is held on alternate years to the IPC, as is the Latin American convergence. The next IPC will be held in Jordan in September 2011.
For those who cannot make it to the IPC10 in Jordan next month (September 2011) www.ipcon.org will be live-streaming the 1-day Conference, and with a bit of luck perhaps even parts of the 4-day Convergence. Live Streaming of the International Permaculture Conference (IPC10) Community Projects, Conferences, Courses/Workshops, Presentations/Demonstrations, Social Gatherings will be on http://permaculture.org.au/2011/08/20/live-streaming-of-the-international-permaculture-conference-ipc10/
