Summary: 

This course will take you on a design journey from observation through to practice. We focus step by step on the design approach - observation methods, mapping techniques, resource analysis, evaluation methods, design strategies, then practical implementation and maintenance activities. The course completes with a design project in small groups.

The venue has an amazing converted barn which includes bunk beds, kitchen and the teaching space known as the "Beautiful Room". It is based on a 40 acre organic farm with several households making up a wonderful hamlet of exciting diverse people with many skills to see and share.
